Islam teaches that God (Allah in Arabic) is One, the Creator of everything, without partner, son, or equal. He is the Most Merciful, the Most Just, and near to all who call upon Him.
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
Quran 112:1–4
